This nationally recognised and government-approved qualification is an essential requirement for an application for a personal licence. The course covers everything required to meet the statutory requirements of the Licensing Act 2003. This is an intensive course that includes both the taught elements and the assessment in one day. Every candidate also receives the highly successful Highfield Publications NCPLH Workbook – written by Comply Training’s  own author, Nicola Baylis.

Alcohol Licensing

The Licensing Act 2003 re-structured the licensing of people and premises selling alcohol and providing entertainment and late night refreshments. Whilst also a statutory requirement, our licensing courses will also provide licensed business owners with staff who fully understand their obligations under the new law and are therefore much less likely to sell alcohol illegally. Training staff also offers a potential 'due diligence' defence if a problem should occur.
